I MAKE NOISE:
sing and talk to baby
music
crib mobil
turn on toys that make noise.
Put on a fan
run the vaccum

GET MOVING
go out to get the mail
toting baby in  baby carrier while you do your chores around the house.

BATH
make her feel warm and cozy.
the sound of running water its sooting for my baby as well.
